If you need assistance with paying your bill, please contact us to request an extension or to establish a payment arrangement. You will need to come into the office to pay at least 25 % and sign a payment plan.

Automatic Bill Payment:
Automatic draft is a free, convenient way to pay your bill each month. You can have the amount you owe automatically taken out of your checking or savings account on the bill due date. Contact our office for assistance in setting up automatic bill payments from your checking or savings account.
Pay by Phone or Internet:
To make a payment over the phone, please call 1-877-885-7968. Credit, Debit and E-checks Accepted.
A convenience fee will be charged by our third-party vendor, for each transaction processed using this payment method. Please note you will need your account number in advance.
Online Payment Service
The only bill pay website affiliated with NMWD is Ampstun. If you prefer to pay your bill online, Ampstun is our official bill payment portal and the best way to ensure that your bill will be paid on time.
DOXO Online Payment Warning
Please be advised that we are not affiliated or partnered with third-party bill payment services such as Doxo or Mint. These companies may charge additional “convenience” fees to customers. We also cannot control when we receive payments from these companies, and this may result in a late payment fee being applied to your account – even disconnection due to non-payment.
We urge our customers to make their online bill payments from Ampstun to avoid these consequences.
